The Wildeck Delta™ Vertical Reciprocating Conveyor (VRC) features a modular design with a standard-sized footprint, delivering the same benefits as other mechanical VRCs in a more compact and easy-to-install configuration. Typically shipped in three preassembled sections, the Delta can be installed in just 1-2 days, reducing installation costs and minimizing disruption to your operations.

How the Delta Lift works
Wildeck’s Delta Vertical Reciprocating Conveyor (VRC) features a modular design that simplifies installation compared to traditional VRCs. It arrives in three pre-assembled pieces, allowing it to be set up in just 1-2 days, significantly faster than the 1-2 weeks typically required for other VRCs. This efficiency stems from its large, pre-constructed sections, which reduce on-site assembly time and minimize operational disruption.
A Modular Approach to VRC Material Lifts
The Delta VRC features standard top and lower sections with a variable middle section. This variable middle section allows us to configure a lift height that matches your specific project requirements.
LIFT CAPACITY: 2,200 lbs.
LIFTING SPEED: 15 fpm (standard) – other speeds available
CARRIAGE PLATFORM: 5 ft. wide x 6 ft. long x 7 ft. high
LOADING PATTERNS: “Z” loading – standard “C” loading available
PAINT FINISH: Standard VRC paint color is Wildeck Gray. Optional colors available. Purchased components are painted per vendor standards. Factory painted materials use an electrostatically applied industrial 2-part polyurethane coating.
