Step Over Conveyor Crossovers
Wildeck’s Step Over Conveyor Crossover products provide a way for personnel to comfortably and safely step over single or double conveyor configurations. Available as either a Vertical Step Over (for those conveyor layouts pressed for space) or as a Stair Style Step Over (furnished with 9½” deep treads), Wildeck’s Step Over Conveyor Crossover products provide a designated access point for easily maneuvering around a facility’s conveyor belts.
Vertical Step Over (VSO) Crossover
Now vertically and horizontally adjustable!
Wildeck’s Vertical Step Over Conveyor Crossover allows personnel to comfortably and safely step over single or double conveyor configurations or other material handling/automated systems. Constructed with 1½” diameter steel tube for a safe and stable climbing experience, Wildeck’s Vertical Step Over (VSO) has diamond plate rung caps and a diamond plate top tread (optional serrated rung caps and treads available). A center step (optional) is available for crossing multiple conveyors.

Vertical Step Over (VSO) Specifications
- Frame: 1½” diameter steel tube
- Rung Caps: 1½” x 24” 14-gauge diamond plate
- Top Step: 6” x 24” 14-gauge diamond plate
- Footpads: 2” x 4” with 7/16” diameter holes for 3/8” anchors
- Single Conveyor Model: Grab bars are 36” long (trim to fit)
- Double Conveyor Model: Grab bars are 57” long (trim to fit)
- Horizontal Clear: Trim in field to required length
- Vertical Height: Adjustable height range of up to 6”
- Capacity: 500 lbs. (top step)

We couldn’t find a standard catalog ladder that would fit in the narrow space and let our operator reach the top of our printing press.
