• A key that allows the end user to choose who may or may not
  use the lift.
• Lights indicating where the lift carriage is located.
• Why a lift may not be running.
• What potential action to take if the lift is not running which can include: the emergency stop button(s) are pulled out and need to be pushed in as well as if any door or gate needs to be secured before the lift can operate.
