Designed & Manufactured: meets ANSI/ASME - B20.1 "Safety Standard for Conveyors", for materials only, not for riders.

Lifting Capacity: 2,200 lbs.

Lifting Speed: 15 fpm (standard)

Carriage Platform: standard dimension is 5'-0" wide by 6'-0" deep by 7'-0" high. The operating sides will be open and the non-operating sides will be galvanized diamond plate (unpainted). The roof of the carriage platform is constructed of expanded metal (painted).

Load Patterns: "C" or "Z" load patterns.

Lift Structure: the carriage will be guided between two (2) structural steel members integrated into the perimeter enclosures and lift structure.

Perimeter Safety Enclosures: enclosures are integral to the VRC system and are a combination of galvanized diamond plate (unpainted) and flattened expanded metal (painted).

Gates: are integrated into the VRC design and set up at the factory. One (1) each, are provided at the two (2) operating levels. Standard gates are single swing type with electro-mechanical interlock type devices.

Levels: the unit will access the lower level and one (1) stop above ground (additional floor level stops are available as an option).

Top Lifting Height: application specific. Consult factory

Overhead Clearance: 7'-6" (based on a standard 7'- 0" load height) NO OVERHEAD MACHINERY. Drive motor is side mounted on the upper section of the lift

Floor Level Limit Switches: actuated by the carriage platform will control upward and downward travel.

Motor: 2 HP @ 2,200 lb capacity. Standard voltage is 460 volt/ 3 phase / 60Hz (other voltages are available). The motor is a TEFC brakemotor, with a fast acting, spring set electrical brake.

A helical gear reducer will
transfer power through a common drive shaft, sprockets and
independent roller lifting chains for redundant safety. A
balanced flexible suspension system will cradle the carriage
for smooth operation and longer component life.

Broken / Slack Chain Protection: is provided by a Dual-Cam Safety System.

Electrical: the unit is factory pre-wired, using "plug & play" components to reduce installation time and cost. It will ship in sections that will be stacked and assembled on site by the installer. The main control panel (NEMA-1) is located at the upper level of the unit and is labeled UL-508A.

Call stations: NEMA-1 with momentary contact pushbuttons for up/down control and an 'E' stop button are located at each level. The upper level call station is integrated into the main control panel.

Color: Wildeck fabricated materials are painted with one coat of a two-part polyurethane and/or a one-part epoxy ester. The standard color is Wildeck Grey.

Drawings, Manuals, etc: standard approval drawings are provided after receipt of purchase order and prior to manufacture. Installation drawings as well as an Installation, Owners & Maintenance Manual will be provided

Shipment: the standard Delta Lift is shipped on a flat bed truck.
