TILT GATE
Wildeck^®'s Tilt Gate provides an added measure of protection during pallet handling operations. Equipped with spring-loaded latches for quick unlatching and installation, the Tilt Gate is a lightweight gate that tilts inward from the mezzanine opening to make loading and unloading warehouse equipment safer and easier.

LIFT GATE
Wildeck mezzanine lift gate allows a clear opening of 6' - 0" up to 8' - 0" wide. Standard lift gates are side mounted with deck mounting as an option. Multiple gates can be placed side by side to create larger openings.

Wildeck DOUBLE DROP GATE
The Wilgard Double Drop Gate is designed and manufactured for maximum safety during pallet handling operations. Mezzanine level personnel can access one pallet bay while a forklift operator at the level below is accessing the other. The Double Drop Gate is stocked in safety yellow only.

Interconnected sliding gate operation opens and closes inner and outer protective gates simultaneously providing alternating access to each 5' x 5' bay for uninterrupted loading and unloading cycles. Wilgard's Double-Drop Gate mounts easily to any type of flooring. Three-rail design and construction meets OSHA, IBC, BOCA and UBC requirements.

MEZZANINE SLIDE GATE
Wildeck mezzanine slide gates attach to the side of mezzanines with a standard clear opening of 6' - 0" and a required footprint of 14' - 9". Openings up to 8' - 0" wide are also available. Contact Wildeck for more information or questions.

POWER SLIDE GATE
Wildeck's power slide gate can be operated by a remote control, by a stationary control button, or by a hanging pendant. The mechanical portion of the power slide gate ships fully assembled. Minor assembly is required for the electrical components. Mezzanine slide gates have a standard clear opening of 6' - 0" with option to 8' - 0" wide.

SAFETY FEATURES:

• The power slide gate can be equipped (optional feature) with a flashing warning light which will illuminate as soon as the gate begins to open. This light will remain illuminated, warning workers that the gate is open as long as the gate is ajar, and will shut-off only when the gate is fully closed. An audible alarm is also available that is activated when the gate opens.
  
• If the gate hits an obstacle while closing, it will automatically reverse. If the gate is restrained from opening, the motor will automatically shut-off.
  
• The power slide gate includes an emergency release lever that will disengage the gate panel from the motor mechanism. This release lever can be used in the event of a power failure to manually close the gate.
  
  

SWING GATE
Wildeck mezzanine swing gates are available with a standard clear opening of 6' - 0", but widths up to 8' - 0" can be specified. Swing gates are typically side mounted; however, a deck-mounted option is available. Gates can be fabricated with 2-rail, 3-rail, or mesh systems to match mezzanine or existing rail systems.

Wildeck swing gates are bi-parting and latched via a slide lock and barrel bolt. Custom doors can be provided to meet special requirements. A spring loaded option is available to return doors to a closed position when not in use thereby increasing worker safety.
