Computer Technician/ IT Help Desk – Waukesha, WI
We are looking for a highly motivated, customer focused professional that is positive and responds quickly to a changing environment. The Computer Technician is responsible for providing all essential computer support and offers superior help desk support to all levels within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage configuration, hardware and software installations, transferring of data, maintenance of desktops and laptops and complete physical installation of computers at end user workstations.
- Perform troubleshooting requirements, diagnose desktop problems, work with end users to identify and resolve issues related to hardware/software.
- Install, repair, and provide updates and perform preventative maintenance tasks to workstations and related systems.
- Research issues that affect multiple workstations and find precise and suitable solutions which results in satisfied customers.
- Respond to end user’s needs, questions and concerns in an accurate, effective and timely manner.
- Follow planned and structured routine, but maintains a flexible approach to dynamic situations.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Microcomputer Science and 1-2 year’s professional hands on IT related work experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Products that includes Desktop Configuration, Operating Systems – XP and newer; Office 2003 and newer; Windows Server 2003 and newer.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server and Outlook configurations for setup and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP Networking principles and operation of firewalls and switches.
- Experience or working knowledge of network backup procedures.
- Experience with printers, scanners, copiers, and wireless devices, including installation and configuration of equipment.
- Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation graphics and printing.
- Demonstrated self-starter with strong organizational, interpersonal and communications skills and ability to analyze and quickly troubleshoot problems.

Accounting Assistant - Waukesha, WI
We are looking for a highly motivated, customer focused professional that is positive and responds quickly to a changing environment. Under the direction of the CFO the Accounting Assistant is responsible for performing general essential accounting duties in accordance with prescribed procedures and accounting practices Has the ability to multi-task, work in a small company environment and offer superior services to all levels within the department and organization.
Responsibilities: This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties as assigned.
- Assist Credit Manager with accounts receivable functions; compile and sort incoming checks, input cash received and prepare bank deposits.
- Assist Accounts Payable Supervisor with purchase order and receiving document verification, match receiving documents with incoming vendor invoices, match vendor invoices with checks, mail signed checks and filing of completed invoices.
- Assist Accounting/Sales & Use Tax Specialist with reporting of Sales and Use Tax to State agencies, GL account and bank reconciliations. Prepare monthly journal entries and update accounting system.
- Prepare and submit monthly the purchasing expense report using Concur Enterprise expense reporting system.
- Update FAS system with fixed assets activity and calculate depreciation reports.
- Process various accounting related reports required by management.
- Complete Business Reporting Surveys as required.
Qualifications:
