Inside Sales Associate

Under the direction of the Sr. Inside Regional Sales Manager, the Inside Sales Associate will assist the Inside Sales Representatives in all aspects of getting orders. The Inside Sales Associate is an entry-level sales position, which will provide the employee with an opportunity to learn the business and Wildeck’s products, with the focus of earning a promotion to either Inside Sales Representative or an outside sales position.

Job Duties/Responsibilities (The “What”):

  1. Selling, quoting, lead and quote follow-up, and order entry
  2. Prioritizing and creating quotes for Inside Regional Sales Managers
  3. Working in Mezz-Quote software and Salesforce.com to provide excellent customer service
  4. Follow up with dealers, system integrators, end-users, etc. on quotes to obtain purchase orders
  5. Assist with getting orders into production, which may involve follow-up on approved drawings, reviewing purchase orders, and resolving any issues
  6. Limited travel potential
  7. Other duties as assigned

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field of study.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as invoices, purchase orders, requisitions, quotations, procedure manuals, and various documents
  • Requires effective communication with customers and employee owners in the organization
  • Must speak, understand, read, and write English proficiently
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Requires the ability to operate various office equipment to include a computer, printer, phone system, and other equipment in office, and must be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Physical Requirements include: Twisting, turning, grasping, reaching, kneeling, crawling, pulling, extended periods of standing, ability to lift 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
